Kinky Curly Clips is pleased to offer Free Shipping in North America on all orders over $100.  ***Please note that you may be subject to pay duties and taxes in your country particularly UK and Australian customers. US customers should you choose next day delivery via FedEx, you may be subject to customs fees payable by you.

Order Processing:

The processing times for all orders is between 12-48hrs after the order has been placed by the customer. This allows for a grace period for any change requests by the customer (ie texture, length, please note we will not accept address changes, we will only ship to the address placed on the original order received). The processing time is also the time it takes for us to pull your order, do quality assurance, pack it and have it picked up by the postal service. 

All orders are shipped via your local postal service with tracking (with the exception of samples) with estimated shipping times between 6 - 7 business day (please do not count Saturdays, Sundays nor holidays). Your order will be delivered to your mail box via your local postman or postwoman.  Please check your tracking # frequently which will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Sample orders will be shipped via your local postal service (w/o tracking) with an estimated delivery time between 5-10 days.

Priority Shipping (Next day delivery)

In order to receive Priority Shipping (next day delivery) via FedEx the order must be placed before 2pm EST.

Expedited Shipping (4 day) & XPress Post (2-3 day shipping)

If you have opted for the Expedited or XPress Post shipping then your order will have its respective shipping times (post processing time) and again will be delivered via your local postal service.  A signature will be required for all Xpresspost items. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Orders placed over the holidays will be processed first day after holiday when business resumes.

You will receive your tracking information via the email address you provided upon ordering, please check your tracking frequently so that you are aware of the estimated delivery of your package. 

Pre-ordered items:

Shipping times are based on inventory.  If your item is out of stock, and you chose to Pre-order, please note that pre-ordered items will ship 5-7 days after your order is submitted to us; additionally, once shipped, your item will take 5 to 7 business days to be delivered should you choose the standard free shipping option. An estimated 14 days from order to delivery. So please plan accordingly and order far enough in advance to avoid any disappointment.

Shipping Delays:

It is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust your local postal service to deliver your package on time. However, if your package is delayed or severely delayed please contact us so that we may request an investigation to be launched with the postal service for your package, (this can only be done for Tracked packages, Expedited packages and Xpresspost packages, not for sample orders.)  Investigations generally take about 7-10 days; we will NOT offer a reimbursement of shipping charges for the delay, we will NOT offer a refund of order NOR  will we re-ship your order due to the postal service's delay. You must wait to hear from us or from you local post office about the results of the investigation.  Generally within 7-10 days of the investigation the item is recovered and will be delivered to you.

Customs Fees:
***Please note that you may be subject to pay duties and taxes in your country, particularly for our UK and Australian customers. (Should you decide that you do not want to pay the customs and/or duty due and your package is returned to us, you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping if you received free shipping will be deducted from your refund when the package arrives. Additionally should we be subject to customs fees due to your refusal, the fee will also be deducted from your refund.)
